Privacy Policy
Effective for rentals, reservations, waitlist requests, and website visits at Lydeo Storage.
1. Information We Collect
When you reserve or rent a storage unit, join our waitlist, purchase moving supplies, or contact Lydeo Storage, we collect your name, phone number, email address, billing address, and rental preferences. If you rent a unit or vehicle space, we also maintain lease documentation, payment history, and gate access logs required to operate the facility safely.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your contact and account details strictly to manage your storage reservation, waitlist offer, lease agreement, billing notices, gate access codes, and customer support inquiries. We never sell or rent your personal information or mobile phone number to third-party marketers.
3. Text Message (SMS) & Email Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages on our waitlist, reservation, or tenant forms, we may send transactional alerts regarding unit availability, gate access, billing reminders, or account updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS notifications or manage your preferences in your online tenant portal.
4. Website Analytics & Cookies
This website may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, which sets first-party cookies. It runs only if Lydeo Storage turns it on, with IP anonymization, and never on pages where you pay, rent, or sign in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site keeps working.
5. Payment Security & Platform Technology
Online card and ACH payments are tokenized and processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. Our website and tenant management system are powered by Storage Reservations.
